\nMinimum Age: Incoming students must be twelve (12) years old before the start of\u00a0the school year and be eligible to enroll in Grade 7.<\/p>\n
\nA copy of one of the following documents must be provided for every student to\u00a0verify age eligibility.\u00a0Official Birth Certificate or Passport<\/p>\n
\nAll CASMAN Academy students must provide a certificate of immunization obtained\u00a0from and signed by a health care provider.<\/p>\n
\nMichigan allows for medical, religious, or personal exemptions. Parents seeking\u00a0immunization waivers in Michigan must have the immunization waiver certified by their local health department.<\/p>\n
